Chip joined the company in 1991 as an office assistant to get in the door. His goal was to become an agent and worked with one of the agents to teach him about booking travel products. After a couple of years as an office assistant and assisting the agents with their work, he was able to book and issue airline tickets, book hotels and car rentals, book cruises and tours, as he was assisting the agents with their clients. The company then sent Chip to do extensive training on the reservation system and he became a booking agent at the company’s airport location working mainly on corporate travel, while also booking some of his friends and new clients on vacation trips.

After more training, Chip began working extensively with missionary, humanitarian aid and disaster relief clients. Now, his clients are mainly missionary, humanitarian aid and disaster relief organizations, however, he still does several vacation trips on tours and cruises, along with group trips for his close clients. He has now become an expert on Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines.
